THE BLUE PANTRY, 2024
The food of the future will largely come from the sea! We are eating up the earth's resources and need to look at how food can be produced from the sea in a sustainable way. At the University of Gothenburg, research is underway on this, including the development of marine aquaculture. My artistic design for Jörlandaskolan's canteen is inspired by this research - by the superfood of the sea - fish, shellfish and algae.-I want to highlight the food of the future in the dining room of the future
